The OXC Aquatex Deluxe Touring bicycle cover is a completely closed cover / cover that also prevents theft of your bicycles when mounted, as the thief has difficulty seeing what kind of bicycle is underneath and is therefore less likely to try to run away with it - especially when you combine it with a chain or folding lock.
