Payment
It is possible to pay by credit card at cykelgarage.dk. Payments are made via Shipmondo Payments / Quickpay. We accept payment with the following card types: Dankort, Visa/dankort, Visa, Visa elektron, Mastercard, Maestro and JCB.
If you would like electronic invoicing via EAN number, please provide the EAN number in the EAN field during the order. We will only collect your payment once we have shipped your order.
If payment by bank transfer is chosen, your order will only be processed/shipped once the payment has been registered. For faster processing, please send payment documentation to our email support@cykelgarage.dk with reference to your order.
Please send the invoice amount to our bank account ( 3409-13435928 , DK1730000013435928, DABADKKK) You will receive an order confirmation in an email with bank details and order number.
Fees:
For private customers, there are NO card fees. If local company cards, EEA company cards and all non-EEA cards are used, a fee will be charged. Read more about card fees here: Secure shopping

The delivery time is stated on the individual items and expected total delivery in the shopping cart, but is typically shipped within 3-7 business days, provided that the item is in stock with us or our suppliers.
If you regret your purchase (right of withdrawal)
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you;
- have received your item
- obtains physical possession of the last item when it concerns an agreement for several different items ordered in one order and delivered individually
- obtains physical possession of the last lot or part in the case of an agreement for the delivery of a good consisting of several lots or parts
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be given to support@cykelgarage.dk. In your notification, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation. You can also choose to use our standard cancellation form and send it with a return.
You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the goods without clearly notifying us of this.
Return
You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs associated with returning the goods. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are properly packaged. You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery.
Certain items cannot be returned by normal mail due to their nature. This applies to bicycles, work stands, bike racks, trailers and similar larger items. The costs for returning are expected to be a maximum of approx. 500,- DKK, please contact us and we will help you with a good price.
Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal
The following types of goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal:
- Delivery of goods that are manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch, e.g. programming of locks, mounting of tires and inner tubes on wheels.
- Delivery of goods that are likely to deteriorate or become obsolete quickly.
- Delivery of sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
You lose your right of withdrawal if;
- you break the seal on goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.
- you break the seal on audio or video recordings or computer software.
- you have provided incorrect key information in connection with your One-Key order
- if you test/assemble the item and as a result it clearly bears traces of grease or other marks and thus cannot be resold.
The condition of the item when you return it
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, properties and functioning of the goods. In other words - you can try the goods in the same way as if you tried them in a physical store.
If the item has been tried on beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a portion or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item.
To receive a full refund, you must do the same as you would in a physical store. You may try the item out, but not actually use it.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you have paid to us back. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are responsible, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item, unless you have provided documentation of having returned it before then.

REMEMBER THAT!
We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery, "without delivery" (to parcel boxes or post offices) or delivered to the physical address - everything must be sent via our return form or other package label to the address below together with our standard cancellation form.
Since our return address is a warehouse address, we unfortunately do not have the option of picking up packages at post offices or PO boxes. If you still send your package via parcel boxes or post offices, we are unfortunately forced to reduce the returned amount by 150,- for the time spent. We recommend that you use the return form via our website to facilitate our and your process.
What should I send back?
We must at least receive our standard cancellation/return form. If you have previously sent it by email, please include your order receipt so that we know who the returned goods are from.
Please note: We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery, "without delivery" or delivered to the physical address - everything must be sent via our return form.
If there is something wrong with the product (right of complaint)
When you shop at cykelgarage.dk, you naturally have a 24-month right of complaint. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a discount on the price, depending on the specific situation.
It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other harmful behavior.
You must make a complaint within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the product. If you make a complaint within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. Remember to get documentation for these costs.
Please contact us before returning any goods, this applies to ALL complaints.

Remember that the item must always be returned in proper packaging, and get a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.

If we are unable to find a solution, you can submit a complaint to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Center for Complaints Resolution, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby.
You can complain to the Center for Complaints Resolution via www.forbrug.dk.
The European Commission's online complaint portal can also be used to file a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. Complaints can be filed here http://ec.europa.eu/odr .
