Material: polyester with heavy-duty 300D construction and designed to be waterproof, so water beads off the surface. Securing is done with adjustable straps (straps: yes) and there is an opening for threading a chain lock through for extra security. There is no elastic along the edge and no eyelets. The product is not heat resistant.
