Shipping policy

As a general rule, cykelgarage.dk has our products in stock, and we can therefore dispatch your order quickly. For all our products, it is stated whether they are “in stock”, “on the way to stock”, “made to order” or “sold out”. Below you can see the typical delivery time for the 4 types:

  • - In stock: typically dispatched within 1-2 business days from registration of the order.
  • - On the way to stock: We have temporarily run out, and the product has been ordered and is on its way back in stock. Expected dispatch is typically within 5-14 business days.
  • - Made to order: It must be ordered from our supplier; the dispatch time depends on whether the product is in stock with the supplier or not. If it is in stock, dispatch is typically expected within 5-14 business days.
  • - Sold out: The product is currently sold out with our supplier, with unknown delivery time.

Please note that delivery times are indicative, and changes may occur. If this is the case, you will of course be notified by email.

Collection at the address

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer collection at our address

Shipping costs

You can choose to have your order sent with PostNord or GLS, delivered to a parcel shop or business address/private address.

If you choose delivery to a parcel shop, it costs only

  • Denmark 39 DKK
  • Sweden 149 SEK
  • Germany 10.95 €
  • Norway 299 NOK + 72,25 in VOEC Customs
  • other EU countries 19.95 €

regardless of weight, price or who delivers.

If you would like it delivered to a business address or private address, the parcel will be charged according to the applicable weight and the delivery option you choose. You will always be able to see the total shipping price for your purchase when you check out. 

The amount is included in the shipping price shown at checkout. For shipments to Norway, VOEC customs clearance of 50 DKK is added.

Redelivery

If you did not manage to collect your parcel from the parcel shop and it has been returned, we will be happy to send it again - please note that redelivery costs 50,- incl. VAT (in Denmark), which is charged before redelivery is carried out.
